Welcome to our beautiful, modern, approximately 40 sq m (400 sq ft) holiday apartment, located on the second floor and accommodating two people. The living area features a sofa, TV, radio, an open-plan kitchenette with a dishwasher, and a dining area. The apartment also includes a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm / 60x70 in) and TV, a bathroom with a window (completely renovated at the end of 2015), and a large balcony overlooking the newly landscaped Lindenpark. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a small fee. Parking space number 27 is available directly at the house.
